Shyla From Krypton Vs Supergirl

Shyla Kor-Onn is a mad female scientist from planet Krypton.
She could escape from the phantom zone when during an airforce test flight an interdimensional hole was accidently opened.
I don't know if she is related to Faora Hu-Ul but she surely is as dangerous as Faora is.
Her scientifical knowledge allowed her to gain even more power than any other Kryptonian on earth. Supergirl is the first who has to learn this the hard way...
